Delivery Times

We ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery in our terms and conditions. This give us the ability to remake your glasses if for any reason they should fail our quality control. However, our expected dispatch time for the various frames and lens options are detailed below.

Dispatch times for frames are as follows

Stock Frames:-

In Stock (1 Day)

Frames labelled “IN STOCK” are on site and ready to be glazed or are available to be send for a varifocal fitting photo. In this cases please note the lens delivery time based on the options you have selected.

Back Order (1-4 Days)

Stock frames which have sold out are replenished regularly. Frames labelled “AVAILABLE ON BACK-ORDER” can be ordered but please allow up to 4 days for the frames to be available for glazing or for sending for a varifocal fitting photo should you require varifocal lenses.

Designer Frames:-

Designer frames are either in stock on site or in stock at our suppliers. Please allow the following times for frames to be available for glazing or for sending for a varifocal fitting photo should you require varifocal lenses.
